After the consultation, most clients move forward with either a Remodel Reality Check™ or Full Planning — depending on where they are in the process.

Already have a layout, a contractor proposal, or a design direction — and want expert eyes on it before you sign anything? We review your existing plans, identify gaps and risks, flag what hasn't been fully resolved, and give you a clear written assessment of where your project stands. This is for homeowners who want independent validation from someone who's managed millions of dollars in construction projects — not another contractor with a financial stake in your decision.
Includes review of existing plans, written assessment, and a follow-up call to discuss findings.
Investment is fully credited toward Full Remodel Planning & Design if you choose to move forward.
