STEP 01 - DISCOVERY & FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT

We start by understanding how you actually live. Morning routines, circulation patterns, what works in your home and what doesn't. We define renovation goals and establish a realistic scope before any design decisions are made — so every choice that follows is grounded in how your home needs to function, not just how you want it to look..

STEP 02 - LAYOUT RECONFIGURATION & 3D MODELING

We redesign the spatial relationships in your home and build detailed 3D models so you can see exactly what we're proposing before a single wall moves. This step eliminates the most common and costly renovation mistake: committing to a layout that doesn't work. You approve the plan with confidence — not hope.

STEP 03 - STRUCTURAL COORDINATION & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

When architectural or structural services are required, we bring in the right licensed professionals and manage those relationships on your behalf. We coordinate contractors, align timelines, and protect the design intent as technical requirements are integrated — so the project that was planned is the project that gets built.

STEP 04 - DESIGN ALIGNMENT & CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT

We finalize finish selections, document design intent, and stay actively engaged through construction. When decisions get made on site — and they always do — we are there to make sure they support the plan. Your investment is protected from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.
