It All Begins Here
This project involved a full interior renovation with views to die for. The homeowners wanted an update to a modern farmhouse look, with a full interior remodel and new layout. We started with thoughtful questions, careful measuring, and style preferences.
Original Exterior
The first floor needed to have a junior suite with laundry, powder room, new entry, and open concept. All without adding a single square foot more.
Original First Floor Layout

The second floor was a remodeled attic with low ceilings and poor flow. We created a primary bedroom suite, full laundry, guest room, full bathroom, and a sweet quiet office space overlooking the beautiful lake.

We accomplished new layout through thoughtful questions, listening to what is said, and blending function, flow, and aesthetics.
The basement was nothing more than a typical Northern New Jersey basement. Dirty, utilitarian, and super low ceilings. The homeowner requested a full renovation requiring dug out foundation floors, an addition of a bathroom, and a theater room for cozy movie viewings.

As the layout evolved, structural considerations required further evaluation. We engaged a licensed architect and structural engineer to assess load paths and confirm feasibility for the second-floor addition.
Working alongside structural professionals allowed us to integrate the necessary support systems while preserving the approved layout and design intent.
Our role throughout this phase was to maintain continuity — ensuring that structural solutions aligned with the functional goals established during planning.
Thoughtful collaboration protects both the integrity of the structure and the integrity of the design.
